Membership Secretary

To maintain up-to-date membership lists in Excel. To send any updates to the membership to the BMC on a quarterly basis. To organise payment to the BMC annually in January to ensure the club remains BMC-affiliated. To forward any BMC correspondence to members as required. To maintain the membership circulation list on the club email account. To encourage non-members to join the club and prompt prospective members to become full members when their provisional membership runs out. To keep a record of all prospective members so that they are covered by BMC Club insurance whilst being with the club.
